3 Days In Lake Como
3 Days In Lake Como
Concept
A cinematic travel short exploring the beauty and rhythm of Lake Como through three days spent between Varenna, Bellagio, and Menaggio. The film follows my experience discovering hillside villages, ferries, villas, and quiet moments that define the Italian lake region — blending storytelling with mood and texture.
Story & Approach
Told from a first-person perspective, the film moves through three acts — arrival and stillness, movement and discovery, and reflection and calm. I built it like a visual diary: natural light, handheld motion, and soft color tones that mirror the calm of the lake. Each shot was designed to feel immersive yet honest, capturing not only the postcard beauty but also the silence, the sound of church bells, and the feeling of time slowing down.
