Concept:

A wine connoisseur’s pursuit of the perfect blend.

This short spec film reimagines the artistry behind Johnnie Walker Black Label through the lens of experimentation — exploring taste, patience, and mastery. The story follows a creator blending and testing ingredients to discover harmony in flavor and craft, much like the whisky itself.

Process:

I conceptualized the film from scratch, designing each scene to visually echo the refinement of the brand. From directing and shooting select sequences to engineering practical VFX and subtle transitions, every frame was built to feel polished yet tactile. The final touch came through a detailed color grade and edit that mirrors the warmth, depth, and smoothness of Black Label.
