A groundbreaking creative experiment merging artificial intelligence with commercial storytelling. Commissioned by Canadian Tire for their brand Party City, this Halloween campaign explored how AI tools could reimagine production workflows — from ideation to execution — in a fraction of the traditional time.
Story & Approach
Leading the project in collaboration with Label 428, I built the entire pipeline using multiple AI systems: Flux Dev (ComfyUI) for model training, Flux Pro on Replicate for generation, RunwayML for motion and compositing, and Krea for refinement and texture enhancement. The process began by training the AI to recognize Party City’s product lines and visual identity, followed by scene generation, cleanup, and motion assembly to produce a complete Halloween-themed spot.
As my first fully AI-driven commercial, the project became a creative sandbox — testing the limits of synthetic visuals while maintaining a brand-ready cinematic look.
